Use of This Website

Garage Door Sydney is an online directory of garage door businesses in Australia. It is free to browse, and every business is listed free of charge. Business owners may optionally pay for a subscription plan — see “Advertising and Paid Listings” below. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep business information accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on this site. Business details such as phone numbers, hours, and services may change without notice.

Always verify details directly with the business before engaging their services.

No Endorsement

Listing a business on this website does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. We are a directory service and do not guarantee the quality of any listed business's work.

Business Submissions

Businesses may submit their details for listing through our submission form. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion. Submitted information must be accurate and not misleading.

Advertising and Paid Listings

Business owners may subscribe to a paid plan (Basic, Featured or Premium) via our plans page. What each plan includes is set out on that page. Being listed in this directory is free and remains free; correcting the details of an existing listing is also free and has never required a paid plan.

Basic includes a verified badge, owner control of the listing's content, a followed link to the business's own website, and delivery of enquiries made from that listing's own page directly to the business. Basic does not include placement of any kind.

Featured and Premium include priority placement: the business is ranked above the ordinary results on relevant pages and carries a “Featured” or “Premium” badge, so paid placement is labelled wherever it appears. Payment does not alter a business's rating, its reviews, or any other information shown on its listing, and it does not change how unpaid listings are ordered relative to one another — those are ordered by rating and review count.

We do not guarantee any particular level of traffic, enquiries, bookings, search ranking or revenue from a paid plan, and no such outcome is promised or implied by any plan.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in Australian dollars and renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. We may change plan pricing on notice, and a change will not affect the rate of an existing subscription while it remains active.

If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may suspend the paid features of a listing. The underlying free listing is unaffected and remains in the directory.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; paid features remain active until then and are not renewed afterwards. To cancel, contact us via the contact form from the email address associated with the subscription.

Refunds

If we fail to deliver what a plan includes — for example, if priority placement was paid for but did not appear — contact us and we will correct it or refund the affected period. If you cancel part-way through a billing period, that period is not refunded on a pro-rata basis, because the paid features stay live until it ends. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, and code of this website are protected by copyright. Business information displayed on listings belongs to the respective businesses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or your interactions with any listed business.

This site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
